Led the construction of (308) Containerized Living Units (CLU’s), renovation and relocation of (191)

CLU’s and ground up construction of a 3‐story, 64,583 sq. ft., (250) bed Bachelor Quarters (BQ’s) for

the United States Navy. The sustainable design and LEED Silver Certified BQ’s features included

grey water irrigation and solar systems, recreation rooms, outdoor patio, laundry, and vending

area.
